What really impressed me was when you basically took over the rehab and got everything done; particularly in the short time period. I could not have not done this as well as you. Your communication skills were excellent. You kept me informed everyday with what was going on and I really appreciated that. I know I wasn’t your typical seller. Jeannie was quick to feel what I was looking for when buying a small condo. She kept me posted as new units hit the market. It took me a long time to sort out what I wanted but she stuck by me connecting frequently. She found what I wanted and flawlessly worked through the financing and closing with us.When it came time to sell a townhouse that was in our family we had once again a great experience. Sold in less than a week at higher than was recommended to list by others. With me not being in town she personally handled setting up some of the repairs needed to close.
